We’re so glad you chose to rock your style with Distinct Apparel! Our pieces are made just for you—literally. Every item is custom-made to order with love, boldness, and a whole lot of flair. So before you click that "Order Now" button, make sure you're good with your choices and check the sizing charts—because our team gets started quickly to create your look!

If Something’s Off (Hey, we’re human!)

We understand that accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, misprinted , defective product or there's a rare hiccup on our end—don’t stress, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund. Just send us a message and we’ll either replace the item by reordering it for you or issue a full refund—whichever works best for you.

However, as our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes or colors accurately listed on our site. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

What Qualifies for a Refund or Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (unless damaged).

3. Email info@mydistinctapparel.com with your order number, details, and photos if needed.

What Doesn’t Qualify

1. Custom or personalized items (unless we made a mistake).

2. Shipping date delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Orders refused due to local import taxes or duties—we are not responsible for those charges.

Size Confirmation

We strongly recommend checking our size chart before placing your order. Our pieces are made to fit you fabulously, and we want you to feel confident. If you're unsure, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges & Returns

If the issue is on our end (wrong size, wrong item, or defect), send us details and photos within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund—your choice, based on availability. Items must be unworn with tags attached.

Cancellations

Want to cancel? All of our products are made to order especially for you. You can cancel or amend your order at any time before it is sent to production. Let us know within 12 hours of placing your order before it goes to production. After that, your custom piece may already be in production and will be considered final sale, no cancellations, credits or refunds allowed.
